25:22. ನಾಳೆ ಬೆಳಗಾಗುವುದರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ನಾಬಾಲನ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾದರೂ ಜೀವದಿಂದ ಉಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಾನು ಅವಕಾಶಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ದೇವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸಲಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನು.

25:22. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇರುವವ ರೆಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಉದಯವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಗಂಡ ಸನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿದರೆ ದೇವರು ದಾವೀದನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆಯೂ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಲಿ ಅಂದನು.

25:22. God will severely punish David, if I leave alive until morning even one male from all those who belong to him!"
